Common Issues to Consider:-
1). Remote Access
Indigo Scape Remote Access requires Professional
or Enterprise products be installed on Client Computers
for Remote Connections from Indigo Scape Enterprise.
Enterprise product has Remote Access Terminal only.
Firewall rules must also be configured to allow Remote
Access Ports.
2). Domain Installations
Windows NT Domain Installations may require local Administrator
privileges. Check with the Network or Infrastructure
manager.
