REMOTE ACCESS AND MANAGEMENT
Enterprise versions of Indigo Scape feature full Remote Access.
The Remote Access Console allows you to view, monitor and
control a Remote Computers Desktop.
Administrators can remotely manage Networked Computers and
capture images of Remote Desktops for evidence in case of
Internet Misuse or violation. Captured images can be saved,
copied or emailed.
Basic Features of the Remote Access:-
- Connect to Remote Computers
- Remote Control of Desktop
- Send URL's, Messages and Commands to Remote Computer
- View Processes on Remote Computer

Session Management
Session Management allows remote monitoring and control of
User Sessions. The Session Management Console can remotely
Logout Users and view detailed information about their current
Session.

User Sessions can also be Remotely Accessed from the Session
Management Console.
REMOTE ACCESS NOTE
Indigo Scape Remote Access requires Professional or Enterprise
products be installed on Client Computers for Remote Connections
from Indigo Scape Enterprise. Enterprise product has Remote
Access Terminal only. Firewall rules must also be configured
to allow Remote Access Ports.
